Well, they're car salesmen, so you know they're going to push you. To test their cars, one salesman, who i won't name, took me on a wild ride to show the controlled back and forth motion of the vehicle and an emergency stop. Wild ride!

No cars to look at, minimal information, If you want to buy a car how knows wen it will arrive. Friendly staff. Just hope for the best.

I bought an Accent GLS 2018 and I was very impressed by my experience. My sale agent Alejendra treated me very professionally, was efficient with registration and delivery, all done with a smile! I felt like a VIP with all the employees being so nice. The service director Juan Carlos Duarte is notably very polite and helpful with any warranty visits. Overall I am very happy with my new Accent GLS and my experience at Hyundai Plasencia Vallarta
